The house is built on two levels, with a total area of 110 sq.m., and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a three-seater sofa that converts into a single bed and another sofa suitable for a child or teenager. There is also a fireplace, TV, free WiFi, air conditioning for heating and cooling, a desk, and a library. The fully equipped kitchen includes all electrical appliances (fridge, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc.) as well as all necessary cookware and tableware.
